#4: Whiten Your Smile
Coffee, red wine, tea, and dark sodas like cola and root beer can leave unsightly stains on your teeth. This can make your smile look duller than it once did. Cut back on these beverages or drink them through a straw so they don’t have as much contact with your teeth.
